Since early 2024, the men’s mental health group at Llanyrafon Manor Farm has grown into a genuinely supportive friendship group, bringing people together through nature, gardening, and shared purpose. What began as a small gathering has become something incredibly meaningful, highlighting just how important it is for men to have a safe space to talk, connect, and simply spend time outdoors away from the pressures of everyday life.

Working together in the fresh air, building raised beds, planting, growing, and caring for the land has not only supported wellbeing and confidence, but has also created real produce grown by their own hands.

The fruits, vegetables, herbs, plants and eggs from our very own small flock of Cherry Valley Ducks are now available for sale and are a reflection of the time, effort, teamwork, and pride that has gone into the project.

We are now registered as a Plant Health Operator.
