Our beautifully restored Old Stable Barn and Workshop are available to hire for a variety of activities, including:

Set within the grounds of a historic 16th-century manor, these character-filled stone barns feature original cobbled floors, exposed beams, stone walls and traditional wooden doors, creating a unique and inspiring setting.
The Old Stable Barn and Workshop are connected by an internal door, so they can be hired together as one larger space or separately.

Important Information
Llanyrafon Manor Farm is not a loud party venue. The grounds are best suited to respectful gatherings, wellbeing events, workshops, community use and smaller organised functions.
Please note:
No alcohol sales as part of standard hire
Larger events, amplified music, entertainment setups or alcohol sales must be discussed before booking approval
Access is limited to agreed areas only
Decked areas, the nature reserve and rear grounds are out of bounds unless agreed in advance
Animal areas and gated sections are not accessible
Large structures or equipment require prior approval
A member of staff may be present during bookings
Minimum hire charges apply
All bookings are individually reviewed to ensure they are suitable for the site
