Our accommodation offers a peaceful and atmospheric stay, ideal for history lovers, walkers, retreat groups, nature enthusiasts, and those looking to experience a working heritage setting.

Accommodation Layout – Sleeps up to 16 Guests by up to 24 by using our 8 camp beds

• Great Chamber – 1 double bed + 1 small double sofa bed

• Florence’s Room – 1 double bed

• Middle Chamber – 2 single beds (including a historic four-poster)

• Little Boys’ Room – 3 single beds

• Nursery / Attic Room – 5 single beds

Bedding: Bottom sheets and pillows are provided for main beds only, please bring your own sleeping bags/quilts

Please note: the manor offers simple shared facilities and is a heritage property rather than luxury accommodation.

Access Statement

Llanyrafon Manor Farm is a historic heritage property and some surfaces and access routes reflect the age and character of the site. • Parking is available on site, including disabled parking spaces. Guests may also be able to park within certain areas of the grounds near the barn spaces where arranged. • External paths are generally flat but may be uneven or bumpy in places due to the historic nature of the grounds. • Wheelchair access is available via the main entrance. • The ground floor, including the Parlour, kitchen access and disabled toilet facilities, is accessible. • A lift provides access to the first floor accommodation level only. • Access into the Tudor Hall includes several steps with a handrail. • There is an accessible toilet on site; however, there is no accessible shower facility. • The property currently has one shared shower for guest accommodation. As this is a historic manor, guests with specific access requirements are encouraged to contact us before booking so we can discuss suitability and help wherever possible.

Pricing

1 Night: Friday or Saturday £650 | Midweek (Mon,Tues,Wed,Thurs) £500

2 Night: Friday - Sunday £1,400 | 2 Night Midweek (Mon,Tues,Wed,Thurs) £1,150

3 Night: Friday-Monday £2,200 | 3 Night Midweek (Mon,Tues,Wed,Thurs) £1,700

4 Night: Midweek Monday-Thursday: £2,050

To secure your booking, a 20% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 21 days prior to arrival. Once paid, the remaining balance is also non-refundable and non-transferable. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking and the loss of all monies paid.
