Welcome to Llanyrafon Manor Farm. By purchasing tickets, making a booking, paying a deposit, enrolling in a payment plan, or attending any event, class, workshop, tour, retreat, or activity at our venue, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Bookings & Payments
All tickets are non-refundable once purchased. Please ensure you are able to attend before completing your booking.
All deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Where a payment plan is offered, scheduled payments must be made on or before the agreed due dates.
Failure to maintain your agreed payment schedule may result in your booking being cancelled and your place being released to another participant.
Any payments made prior to cancellation, including deposits and instalments, are non-refundable.
Full payment must be received before attendance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Cancellations & Event Changes
If you are unable to attend, your ticket, deposit, and any payments made are non-refundable.
Bookings may not be transferred to another person or another event unless agreed in writing by Llanyrafon Manor Farm.
Llanyrafon Manor Farm reserves the right to amend, postpone, or cancel any event where circumstances beyond our control make it necessary.
If we cancel an event, an alternative date, credit, or refund may be offered at our discretion.
3. Conduct & Safety
To ensure the safety of all guests and the preservation of our historic venue:
Naked flames, including candles, lanterns, and similar items, are not permitted anywhere on the property unless supplied or authorised by Llanyrafon Manor Farm.
Historical artefacts, props, displays, furniture, and fixtures must not be handled, moved, or tampered with unless permission has been given by a member of staff.
Guests must behave respectfully towards staff, volunteers, performers, other visitors, and the venue at all times.
Any person displaying abusive, threatening, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour may be asked to leave immediately without refund.
4. Venue Hire & Private Events
The individual or organisation making the booking is responsible for the conduct of all guests attending their event.
Any loss, damage, or excessive cleaning required because of a booking may be charged to the hirer.
The venue must be left in a reasonable condition at the end of the hire period.
5. Liability
Attendance at ghost tours, paranormal investigations, workshops, retreats, and other activities is entirely at the participant's own risk.
Llanyrafon Manor Farm accepts no responsibility for personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged while on the premises.
We recommend that visitors take reasonable care of their possessions at all times.
6. Right to Refuse Entry
Llanyrafon Manor Farm reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate any booking without refund where these Terms & Conditions have been breached or where behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
